Convenient location near McCormick Place. We booked a king room but got a two-bed room and had to deal with that mix-up.

Convenient location, spacious room with modern amenities, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to transportation, and close to entertainment venues.
Felt very lucky, no complaints at all.

i had a really lovely stay at the hyatt regency. i was almost 9 months pregnant and the bed was so comfy. they upgraded our room for free to a quarter king room, and it was so quiet in the corner room. the bathroom was spacious and the whole room was way cleaner than expected. the hotel staff were so helpful and nice, the location was convenient, and the view was amazing. loved the outside patio area, will definitely stay again!

I chose the Hyatt Regency for its proximity to the Field Museum, and I was pleasantly surprised by the premier catering services offered by the culinary team. The hotel's location in the historic Printers Row was an added bonus.
Disappointed in pool and lack of hot tub. Breakfast expensive at $30 per person.
